As a mom, I am often busy. When you want to have a quick breakfast or crave a snack at 4:00 PM, a packet of crackers or the leftover dino Cheetos from your kids seems like a perfect snack. However, they are not the healthiest, so it’s good to add healthier alternatives once in a while.

Berry Cheesecake Smoothie
A delicious way to shake you awake in the morning—ready in minutes and portable!
Perfectly Balance Your Plate
Serve with 1 slice toast and 1 tsp nut butter.
Ingredients
1 1⁄2 cups mixed berries
3⁄4 cup 2% cottage cheese
1⁄2 cup milk or dairy-free alternative
1⁄2 cup mixed greens
1 tsp Summer Berry Sweet Dip Mix, or any Sweet Dip Mix, your choice
1 tsp vanilla extract, optional
Preparation
In a blender, purée all ingredients until smooth and frothy.
Pour into glass and serve immediately.

Ingredients
1⁄2 cup frozen strawberries
1⁄2 cup chopped cucumber

Preparation
